Worth watching
It’s worth watching if you’re a fan of stoner type comedy. Not the best editing, no name cast outside of Matt Jones (Breaking Bad – the reason I found this film), and a cameo part from Harland Williams (Half Baked). The concept was very predictable at every turn, cheesy at times to the point of slapstick. The end football game was very exaggerated.. and the soundtrack made it feel like a cliche 90s movie.. Other than that, the acting wasn’t terrible, the script was pretty “meh”, with lots of obvious unexplained questions.. For what it was, the script could have been better. There’s a few laughs in there if you don’t get over critical while watching it. It is what it is.. a 5 out of 10 star movie at best. I’d probably give it a 3-4 without Matt Jones. Ever since I saw him in Breaking Bad as Badger, I’ve watched most everything else he’s done – so there you go.

Cute and fun, what you would expect.
Similar to the Robin Williams/Kurt Russell movie about replaying a high school football game. Not great but not horrible. Fun and light which I think is its intention.Pretty much what you would expect from the premise. I liked the lead actor and thought all actors were good and Switzer was a great cast. If you like sports movies and nostalgia, and don’t require a mental challenge you’ll enjoy this.
