Imperfect but entertaining
The acting isn’t stellar, the plot has more holes than a golf course, but it’s entertaining I was never bored watching it, giving it 1 star is missing the point of what the movie was trying to achieve, giving it 10 stars was over the top as it’s a seriously flawed movie.

The action sequences are reminiscent of an episode of “The A Team”, just enjoy it’s silliness and don’t take the movie seriously.

The Ultimate Mob Movie with Gunplay thrown in.
A pretty simple plot. A gang of hired assassins get cheated out of money from their bosses and decide to take revenge. This leads to a chain of events putting them at odds with the American Mafia, the Russian Mafiya, the Chinese triads, and the Japanese mafia. Enough B-level action to keep the viewer entertained in this simple story of revenge. A lot of gunplay with some plot twists thrown in for good measure.

The backstory of the mobsters and the casting of the characters is interesting. The main bad guy is the boss of the Los Angeles Italian Mafia. Is there such a thing? Anyways, he has to have the heroes of the movie, the assassins, knocked off in order to keep his coalition of the aforementioned gangs intact. In the meantime, he has to stave off the efforts of rival mob factions from other cities who are trying to trespass into his territory. The scenes of the meeting of the gang bosses is reminiscent of the Godfather movies and has the makings of a mob movie in its own right.
