Quite funny…
I had the opportunity to sit down and watch this short animated movie set in the “Hotel Transylvania” universe together with my 11 year old son. And I must admit that it was actually fun, albeit short.

“Monster Pets: A Hotel Transylvania Short” does keep up with the style, comedy and art of the previous movies in the animated series, so there is definitely some continuity here.

And while it is a short story, it was actually a fun one, because it is non-stop action from start to finish. And my son and I were definitely enjoying it and had some laughs as it progressed.

This short animated movie definitely serves as a good teaser while waiting for the next movie in the “Hotel Transylvania” series.

My rating of “Monster Pets: A Hotel Transylvania Short” lands on a six out of ten stars.

It was very short but funny and interesting to watch. Very cute. Of course, there is no logic. Guy spends hours of his time to find dog another pet to play instead spending 20 minutes to play with a dog, lol.
