Watch: Jaws: The Revenge 1987 123movies, Full Movie Online – After the encounter with the shark at Sea World, Sean Brody has returned to Amity. Here he has assumed his father’s role, working for the police department, and is engaged to a young woman named Tiffany. His mother, Ellen, still lives in Amity as well. Mike Brody is now married to Carla and is researching conch snails with his partner, Jake, in the Bahamas. One night, while repairing a buoy in Amity harbor from the police boat, Sean is ambushed from below and killed by the Brodys’ old enemy, a Great White shark. After the funeral, Ellen wants Mike to stay off the water, but he refuses, and takes Ellen back to the Caribbean with him and his wife and daughter, Thea. Ellen starts trying to enjoy life again, meeting charming pilot Hoagie after having been a widow for some time. Mike and Jake encounter the Great White shark in the water, and tag and track it for research. But the shark soon starts wreaking havoc, and comes after Thea on a banana boat ride. Now, Ellen, Mike, Jake, and Hoagie will face the shark on his terms. Who will survive?.
Plot: After another deadly shark attack, Ellen Brody decides she has had enough of New England’s Amity Island and moves to the Caribbean to join her son, Michael, and his family. But a great white shark has followed her there, hungry for more lives.

**The shark was clearly a Michael Caine fan**

Somehow, the shark knew that Michael Caine was flying the plane to the Bahamas and simply had to follow his idol.

Either that or he simply wanted Caine dead in retaliation for _Beyond The Poseidon Adventure_.

This film is well made and the performances are pretty good but the whole thing is silly beyond repair. Was the shark psychic? Was Ellen Brody psychic? Was the log that Sean Brody was clinging onto whilst being eaten psychic? Who cares?

Perhaps the shark in the Bahamas was a different shark? Perhaps the Brody’s had a shark for each day of the week? Perhaps the whole thing was a dream – surely the most logical explanation. However, I do not want to bail out the film makers on this one.

Michael Caine must have needed another new swimming pool, otherwise what could have possessed him to turn up for this terribly poor sequel. We all start off with “Deputy Sean Brady” (Mitchell Anderson) sent to clear up some seaborne blockage before the fishing boats return. Needless to say, he encounters the distant cousin of his late father’s menacing pal and is soon little more than tooth pickings. This hastens the arrival of the pretty but extremely bland Lance Guest as older brother “Michael” and guess what, the shark seems to have him on his sonar, too. Despite the fairly charismatic efforts of Caine, this whole thing is just nonsense from start to finish, made worse by Lorraine Gary’s serious over-acting. There are just no scares. Even the legendary music has been mucked about with to ensure all trace of menace has been removed as surely as if by the (largely mechanical) shark itself. This is also a creature that seems to fancy it is in a “Tarzan” film, judging by it’s fearful roaring. Either that, or maybe it is fed up because it has too much Brady stuck in it’s incisors? To be fair, there is some fine underwater photography and I’ve never seen a shark eat a plane before – even one made of wafer biscuits, but sadly though nowhere near as bad as “Jaws 3” (1983), this is a sad end to the franchise that ought never to have been made.

This time it’s personal!
It’s personal because I hate this audience-insulting movie. This has got to be the stupidest horror flick of all times. The ending (all of them) alone would be enough to justify this film’s place on the bottom 100 list. I mean the premise (shark is after the Brody family for revenge. It chases (and beats) the Brody’s to Jamaica to harrass them and snack on a few extras).

The effects went WAY downhill for this one. The shark on the Universial Studios tram tour is more convincing then this duct-taped-at-the-seams roboshark. The acting is atrocious (especially Mario Van Peeble and his grating “hey mon” accent)

Jaw dropping
There is Montezuma’s revenge and then there is Jaws: The Revenge, in either case diarrhea is produced. This is really a terrible film, as if a shark would go out and take revenge on the family that “murdered” his cousins. Nonsense! It is awful to see Michael Caine in this film, I don’t know why Michael appears in films like this, he must only do it for the money because the artistic merits of this film are zilch. Poor Lorraine Gary, went into retirement and then only to come out of retirement to do this turkey, and to think she felt obliged to as well, hardly a fitting finale to the end of a career. This film should have won more Razzies than it did but then against it was up against Leonard part 6!
